Brewed locally in Norwalk, CT, with organic daikon, carrot, celery, roasted cauliflower, and yellow onion. We finish our Thai-style broths with a blend of Thai herbs, real sea salt, and whole white peppercorns. Our restorative, low sodium broths are perfect for soups, sautes, simmers, braising, and sipping.
